Privacy Policy

Rizzceptionist ("we", "us") is an AI receptionist service operated by Lewis III Enterprise, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect from businesses that use Rizzceptionist ("customers"), from people who call those businesses ("callers"), and from visitors to rizzceptionist.com, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- From customers: name, business name, email, phone number, billing details (handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers), and the business information you give your receptionist, such as hours, services, prices and FAQs.
- From callers: the caller's phone number, call recordings, transcripts and call summaries, and details shared during the call such as name, requested appointment time and reason for calling.
- From website visitors: what you send through our contact form, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type kept in standard server logs.
- Calendar access: if a customer connects a calendar, we access it only to check availability and add, change or cancel the appointments our receptionist books.
How we use it
- To answer calls, book appointments and send call summaries on our customers' behalf.
- To run, support, bill for and improve the service.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To contact customers about their account.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use callers' information to market to them.
Call recording and AI disclosure
Every call answered by Rizzceptionist opens by telling the caller they are speaking with a virtual assistant and that the call may be recorded. Callers who don't want to be recorded can hang up and contact the business another way.
Text messages
If you opt in to Rizzceptionist Alerts, we use your mobile number only to send the account texts you agreed to (call summaries, messages, voicemail links and account alerts). We record when and from where you opted in. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Details are in our SMS Terms.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are excluded from all of the sharing described below, except with the phone carriers and texting providers that deliver our messages.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Rizzceptionist (telephone carriers, voice and AI processing, calendar, email, hosting and payment providers), under agreements that limit their use of it to providing those services; with the business a caller called; or when required by law.
How long we keep it
Customers' call records stay available in their dashboard while their account is active. When an account closes, we delete or anonymize call recordings, transcripts and business information within 90 days, except where we must keep records for legal, tax or billing reasons.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and by keeping service keys on our servers only. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll notify affected customers of a breach as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@rizzceptionist.com. Callers who want their information removed can contact the business they called or email us directly.
Children
Rizzceptionist is a business service and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell customers by email.
