SMS Terms

These terms cover Rizzceptionist Alerts, the text messages Lewis III Enterprise, LLC ("Rizzceptionist", "we") sends to business owners who use Rizzceptionist and choose to get texts. They're part of our Terms of Service.

Program

Program name: Rizzceptionist Alerts. These are account notifications about your own Rizzceptionist receptionist. We don't send marketing texts.

What we send

• Missed-call and call summaries: who called, their number and why.
• Messages callers leave with your receptionist.
• Links to listen to voicemails and call recordings in your dashboard.
• Account alerts, such as minutes running low or a billing problem.

How you opt in

You choose to get texts by checking the box next to your mobile number when you set up your receptionist or in your account settings: "Yes, text me call summaries, caller messages and account alerts from Rizzceptionist at this number." Right under it: "Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." (See the example opt-in form.) The box is never checked for you, and texting isn't required to use Rizzceptionist. We record when you opted in.

Frequency and cost

Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. You'll usually get one text per call your receptionist answers, plus occasional account alerts. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We'll send one text confirming you're unsubscribed and no more after that. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@rizzceptionist.com. You can also turn texts off in your account settings. Call summaries still go to your email either way.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send Rizzceptionist Alerts. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
