How owners opt in

Rizzceptionist Alerts are text messages from Rizzceptionist, a service of Lewis III Enterprise, LLC. They go only to business owners who use Rizzceptionist and choose to get them. Owners see the form above at signup and in their account settings (both need a login, so this page shows it). The checkbox is never checked for them. Texting is optional: if they leave it unchecked, everything still works and call summaries go by email only. When an owner checks it and saves, we record the time, their IP address, their browser and the exact wording. Unchecking it later turns texts off and is recorded too.

What we send

  • Missed-call and call summaries: who called, their number and why.
  • Messages callers leave with the receptionist.
  • Links to listen to voicemails and call recordings in the owner's dashboard.
  • Account alerts, such as minutes running low or a billing problem.

No marketing texts. Msg frequency varies, usually one text per call the receptionist answers. Msg & data rates may apply.
